If you are expecting or currently drawing up a list of baby essentials, read on.
so here goes the list…
1, Beaba Babycook Solo 4-in-1 Baby Food Maker £79.95 –
This is great when weaning the baby! It is a 4-in-1 food processor: Steam cooks, blends, defrosts and reheats. BPA Free! Most baby cooks on the market now are 3-in-1s, without the defrost function. This product costs a hefty amount for a baby cook but it saves me a lot of time in defrosting the food! Great buy! and it’s on sale at Amazon. Grab yours now!
2, Motorola MBP50 Video Baby Monitor with Large 5-inch Full Colour Curved Parent Display Unit £97.99
It’s worth investing in a quality video baby monitor as you don’t have to go into his room and check on him every now and then! you can watch him whenever and wherever, so handy! This product is especially good as it has a two-way communication, meaning you can comfort your baby if he’s crying and and want you by his side. The extra large 50inch colour display is big and clear enough and it’s more reassurance for us mums to know our baby is safe in his cot!
3, Ikea Antilop Highchair with Tray, Safety Belt, White/Silver Colour £23.40
We’ve been using this chair since Eli turned 6 months. This is the cheapest chair I’ve seen on the market so far but it’s not bad! pretty solid, easy assembly and have a safety belt included. Easy to clean also. We have the white one and I think it looks good ! looks simple and stylish and not very bulky which is another plus. If you want to have quick delivery, buy from amazon, if not Ikea is selling this chair for £14 at the moment.
4, Tomydoo Baby Nasal Electric Aspirator £38.84
How do you remove baby’s snot? do you just wait it out until he/she sneezes? For me, I find it hard to remove Eli’s snot and cotton buds are sometimes too big for his tiny nose so this is an easy way out for me. Super easy to use, just need to press a button and the snot is out! You can use as many times as you want as well so saves a lot of time! totally an essential for me!
5, The New Contented Little Baby Book: The Secret to Calm and Confident Parenting £9.49
Last but not least, i think the one thing that reassures me the most is this book! It is a complete guide of the baby’s first year! If you want a calm and contented baby def buy this book and follow Gina Ford’s suggestions. You don’t have to follow all her rules but just use it as a guide is good enough. Her advice ranges from how to help baby sleep, routines, breastfeeding, weaning etc. Everything you could think of basically, nice little read!
